Appraiser Assistant Internship

We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong inclination toward continual learning and personal development. This full-time, three-month unpaid internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and serves as a pathway to a paid apprenticeship and a long-term career as a certified real estate appraiser.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Or Associate degree related to business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or real estate

Work Environment

• Primary = Office work for report writing and analysis, which can be completed from a home office
• Secondary = Property inspections for data gathering, including taking property measurements, photos, and notes in all weather conditions.
